1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the TestedIncome platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TestedIncome reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. TestedIncome reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. How the Service Works

TestedIncome provides a platform where registered users ("Clients") can complete offers and tasks in exchange for compensation. The general process is:

• Clients browse and select available offers.
• Clients complete the offer requirements and submit proof of completion.
• An administrator reviews submitted proofs.
• Upon approval, the offer payout is credited to the Client's account balance.
• Clients may request withdrawal of their available balance via supported payment methods.

5. Consent to Account Creation

By registering for and using the Service, you expressly authorize TestedIncome to:

• Use the personal information you provide (including but not limited to your name, email address, date of birth, and mailing address) to create accounts on your behalf with third-party offer providers, promotional platforms, and related services as required to complete offers available through the Service.
• Register, sign up, or enroll you in third-party services, promotions, or programs that are part of the offer completion process.
• Manage and access these third-party accounts on your behalf as necessary to verify offer completion and process payouts.

You understand that accounts created on third-party platforms are subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those platforms. TestedIncome is not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of any third-party services. You may request the deletion or deactivation of any third-party accounts created on your behalf by contacting our support team.

6. Payments and Withdrawals

• Payouts are credited to your account balance upon proof approval.
• An escrow hold may be placed on your balance for pending offers.
• Withdrawal requests are processed at the discretion of TestedIncome and may take up to 7 business days.
• TestedIncome reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud, abuse, or Terms violations are detected.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and supported payment methods are subject to change.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on income earned through the Service.

7. Referral Program

• Clients may earn referral bonuses by referring new users who register using their referral code or link.
• Referral bonuses are paid when a referred user completes their first offer.
• The referral bonus amount is determined by TestedIncome and may change at any time.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any manipulation of the referral program is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, fake, or misleading proofs of offer completion.
• Create multiple accounts or use automated tools/bots.
• Manipulate, abuse, or exploit offers, referrals, or any feature of the Service.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse administrators or other users.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

TestedIncome reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending or unpaid balances may be forfeited if the termination is due to a Terms violation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the TestedIncome platform are the property of TestedIncome. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect and use personal information (including name, email, address, and payment details) solely for the purpose of operating the Service, processing payments, and communicating with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• TestedIncome does not guarantee the availability of offers, specific earnings, or uninterrupted access to the Service.
• Offer availability, payout amounts, and bonus rates may change at any time without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestedIncome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have been paid through the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.
